The Winthrop Ramblers basketball team (Winthrop, ME), was overwhelmed 78-45 in Thursday's league battle with the host Mount Abram Roadrunners (Strong, ME)
The Roadrunners now possess a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maranacook for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Mount Abram will confront a Black Bears team coming off a 73-41 non-league win over Madison (Madison, ME). The Black Bears record now stands at 12-3.
The Ramblers (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Waynflete (Portland, ME). The Flyers come into the C South battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Waynflete trounced Traip (Kittery, ME), 64-50, in a league battle.
