Shorecrest Scots (Seattle, WA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Cascade Bruins (Everett, WA), 48-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Shorecrest upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Scots host Shorewood (Shoreline, WA) to play the Stormrays in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Stormrays come into the bout with a record of 11-2.

Next up, the Bruins play the Edmonds-Woodway Warriors (Edmonds, WA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Cascade will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 45-43 non-league loss to Meadowdale (Lynnwood, WA).
