Central Pointe Christian Academy CPCA (Kissimmee, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), 72-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Central Pointe Christian Academy upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The CPCA travel to Downey Christian (Orlando, FL) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 6-12.

Next up, the play the Brazosport Christian Eagles (Lake Jackson, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Varsity Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 104-352 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 52-16 non-league loss to FBCHA (Richmond, TX).
