Maine High School Basketball - Oxford Hills edges Cony

The Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME) basketball nipped the visiting Cony Rams (Augusta, ME), 53-52 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Vikings (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Mt. Blue got by Messalonskee (Oakland, ME), 35-31, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they host Hampden for a A North test on Tuesday, January 30. Cony will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 54-52 league win over Lawrence (Fairfield, ME). The Broncos record now stands at 8-5.
