With the victory, Metrolina Christian Academy improves its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Warriors host Concord Academy (Concord, NC) to confront the Eagles in a NCISAA Metrolina challenge on Friday, January 26. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 17-2. Concord Academy won 44-37 in their recent league challenge against Northside Christian Academy (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Cardinals confront the Langtree Charter Lions (Mooresville, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores challenge, on Friday, January 26. Corvian Community will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 4-16 record after their 40-19 league loss to Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC).
