Eisenhower Tigers (Goddard, KS) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Trinity Academy Knights (Wichita, KS), 39-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Eisenhower upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Bishop Carroll (Wichita, KS) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a record of 10-1. Bishop Carroll won 55-8 in their recent non-league bout against Newton (Newton, KS)

Next up, the Knights play the Newton Railroaders (Newton, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Trinity Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Railroaders come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 55-8 non-league loss to Bishop Carroll (Wichita, KS).
