The Freeport Falcons basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Kennebunk Rams to 44 in the Falcons league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brunswick for a A South contest on Saturday, January 27. Freeport will battle a Dragons team coming off a 59-36 league win over Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Dragons record now stands at 13-1.

The Rams (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Deering (Portland, ME). The Rams enter the A South contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Deering was nudged by Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME), 44-39, in a league contest.
