The Sherwood Warriors topped the visiting Kennedy Cavaliers basketball team by a final score of 54-41 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Gaithersburg Trojans (Gaithersburg, MD) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 30. Sherwood will attempt to move on its 13-2 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 4-8 record after their 48-30 non-league loss to Churchill (Potomac, MD).
With the defeat, Kennedy moves to 1-6 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD) to face the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 20. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 7-8.
