The Mississinewa Indians basketball team scored 62 points and held the host South Adams Starfires to 51 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Indians now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maconaquah for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Mississinewa will meet a Braves team coming off a 42-29 league loss to Lewis Cass (Walton, IN). The Braves record now stands at 10-10.
The Starfires (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against Adams Central (Monroe, IN). The Flying Jets enter the non-league contest with a 6-16 record. In their last contest, Adams Central was defeated by Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian (Fort Wayne, IN), 71-44, in a non-league contest.
