Delaware High School Basketball - Red Lion Christian Academy topples St. Andrew's

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Red Lion Christian Academy Lions (Bear, DE) basketball squad beat the host St. Andrew's Cardinals (Middletown, DE), by a margin of 38-29.

The Lions (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against McKean (Wilmington, DE). The Highlanders go into the non-league outing with a 1-9 record. In their last outing, McKean was beaten by Odessa (Townsend, DE), 52-12, in a league outing.

The Cardinals now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Wilmington Friends for a Independent Schools outing on Friday, January 26. St. Andrew's will clash with a Quakers squad coming off a 60-26 league loss to Sanford (Hockessin, DE). The Quakers record now stands at 6-3.
