Pennsylvania High School Basketball - St. Joseph thwarts Taylor Allderdice

The St. Joseph Spartans (Natrona Heights, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Taylor Allderdice Dragons (Pittsburgh, PA), 75-65 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Spartans (15-2) will now prepare for their test against Jeannette (Jeannette, PA). The Jayhawks go into the WPIAL 1A 3 test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Jeannette went down by Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA), 48-22, in a non-league test.

The Dragons now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Obama Academy of International Studies for a Pittsburgh City test on Tuesday, January 30.
