In Thursday's non-league outing, the Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA) basketball squad edged the host Western Christian Wolfpack (Hull, IA), by a margin of 50-47.

The Knights (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Okoboji (Milford, IA). The Pioneers go into the Siouxland outing with a 4-12 record. In their last outing, Okoboji held off Sheldon (Sheldon, IA), 49-33, in a league outing.

The Wolfpack now own a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Bishop Heelan Catholic for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 27. Western Christian will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 64-41 league win over Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 13-1.
