With the victory, Bettye Davis East Anchorage upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Bartlett (Anchorage, AK) to play the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Golden Bears come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Bartlett lost 63-42 in their recent league bout against Dimond (Anchorage, AK)

Next up, the Moose play the Houston Hawks (Big Lake, AK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Palmer will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
