In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Las Lomas Knights soccer squad scored a close 7-0 win over the Benicia Panthers.
The Knights (9-2) will now prepare for their bout against Heritage (Brentwood, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league bout with a 6-5 record. In their last bout, Heritage tipped Antioch (Antioch, CA), 6-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles (Concord, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Benicia will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record.
