Virginia High School Basketball - Manor nips Armstrong

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Manor Mustangs basketball team scored a close 64-62 triumph over the Armstrong Wildcats.
The Mustangs (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Granby (Norfolk, VA). The Comets go into the Eastern contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Granby nipped Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA), 56-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Richmond City School of the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Armstrong will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 78-42 league loss to James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA).
