The Springfield Cougars basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Church Farm Griffens to 47 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now possess a 13-5 record. They play next when they host Strath Haven for a Central game on Tuesday, January 28. Springfield will play a Panthers team coming off a 44-34 league loss to Penncrest (Media, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-11.

With the loss, Church Farm falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Griffens travel to Bristol (Bristol, PA) to play the Warriors in a Bicentennial game on Wednesday, January 29. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 11-6. Bristol won 73-59 in their recent league game against Faith Christian Academy (Sellersville, PA)
