The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kenai Central Kardinals (Kenai, AK) and the host Cook Inlet Academy Eagles (Soldotna, AK), observed Kenai Central's basketball team overcome Cook Inlet Academy by a margin of 63-52.

The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 0-8 record after their 83-44 non-league loss to Barrow (Utqiagvik, AK).
