California High School Basketball - East Union can't hold off McLane

January 25, 2025: Manteca, CA 95336

The McLane Highlanders nipped the host East Union Lancers basketball squad by a final score of 67-61 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Highlanders face the Torres Toros (Madera, CA) in a North Yosemite outing, on Wednesday, January 29. McLane will attempt to upgrade on its 15-8 season record. The Toros enter the outing with a 10-11 record after their 55-49 league win over Madera (Madera, CA).

The Lancers (12-10) will now prepare for their outing against Sierra (Manteca, CA). The Timberwolves enter the Valley Oak League outing with a 5-16 record. In their last outing, Sierra was nipped by Patterson (Patterson, CA), 57-38, in a league outing.
