The Fort Jennings Musketeers (Fort Jennings, OH) basketball edged the host New Knoxville Rangers (New Knoxville, OH), 43-38 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Musketeers now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Miller City for a Putnam County bout on Friday, January 31. Fort Jennings will play a Wildcats team coming off a 59-46 non-league win over Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-3.

With the loss, New Knoxville falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Fort Recovery (Fort Recovery, OH) to play the Indians in a Midwest bout on Friday, January 31. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 4-12.
