In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Jeffersontown Chargers basketball team scored a good 68-48 win over the Shawnee Golden Eagles.
The Chargers (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Henry Clay (Lexington, KY). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 11-4 record.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Iroquois Raiders (Louisville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Shawnee will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Raiders come into the contest with a 7-7 record after their 54-47 non-league win over Portland Christian (Louisville, KY).
