The Kalida Wildcats basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Leipsic Vikings to 47 in the Wildcats league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Ottoville for a Putnam County game on Friday, January 31. Kalida will confront a Big Green team coming off a 44-42 league win over Columbus Grove (Columbus Grove, OH). The Big Green record now stands at 12-6.
With the loss, Leipsic falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Vanlue (Vanlue, OH) to confront the Wildcats in a Blanchard Valley game on Friday, January 31. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-13.
