Georgia High School Basketball - Wheeler routs Milton

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Wheeler Wildcats basketball team scored a big 82-52 triumph over the Milton Eagles.
The Wildcats (18-3) will now prepare for their contest against Walton (Marietta, GA). The Raiders go into the AAAAAA Region 5 contest with a 17-3 record. In their last contest, Walton was trounced by Etowah (Woodstock, GA), 57-56, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) in a AAAAA Region 7 contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Milton will attempt to better on its 14-6 season record. The Longhorns go into the contest with a 10-11 record after their 76-30 league loss to Gainesville (Gainesville, GA).
