The North Lawndale Phoenix (Chicago, IL) basketball edged the host Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL), 50-49 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Phoenix now possess a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Agricultural Science for a Chicago Public - Red Northwest bout on Tuesday, January 28. North Lawndale will play a Cyclones team coming off a 55-53 league win over Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Cyclones record now stands at 13-6.
