The Old Town Coyotes basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Washington Academy Raiders to 44 in the Coyotes league triumph on Saturday.

The Coyotes now have a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Caribou for a B North game on Saturday, February 1. Old Town will confront a Vikings team coming off a 59-55 league win over Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, Washington Academy falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Raiders host Narraguagus (Harrington, ME) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Knights go into the game with a record of 3-12. Narraguagus lost 59-35 in their recent league game against George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME)
