Indiana High School Basketball - River Forest routs South Newton

January 25, 2025: Hobart, IN 46342

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host River Forest Ingots basketball team scored a big 78-35 triumph over the South Newton Rebels.

The Ingots (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Westville (Westville, IN). The Blackhawks go into the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Westville was trounced by Kouts (Kouts, IN), 74-61, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Tri-County Cavaliers (Wolcott, IN) in a Midwest contest, on Friday, January 31. South Newton will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Cavaliers go into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 59-48 non-league loss to Rochester (Rochester, IN).
