In Saturday's non-league test, the Roff Tigers (Roff, OK) basketball squad defeated the host Stringtown Tigers (Stringtown, OK), by a final score of 52-42.
Next, the Tigers clash with the Vanoss Wolves (Ada, OK) in a Pontotoc test, on Tuesday, January 28. Roff will attempt to upgrade on its 2-16 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 14-1 record after their 53-51 league win over Allen (Allen, OK).
The Tigers (5-13) will now prepare for their test against Caney (Caney, OK). The Cougars come into the Big 5 test with a 8-11 record. In their last test, Caney overcame Coleman (Coleman, OK), 60-33, in a league test.
