Nebraska High School Basketball - West Point-Beemer routs Wisner-Pilger

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting West Point-Beemer Cadets basketball team scored a big 70-44 triumph over the Wisner-Pilger Gators.

The Cadets (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pierce (Pierce, NE). The Bluejays go into the non-league contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, Pierce was trounced by Battle Creek (Battle Creek, NE), 55-54, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Gators confront the Clarkson/Leigh Patriots (Clarkson, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Wisner-Pilger will attempt to better on its 2-14 season record. The Patriots go into the contest with a 2-14 record after their 60-38 non-league loss to Wakefield (Wakefield, NE).
