In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Andrew Thunderbolts basketball team scored a good 44-36 win over the Oak Lawn Spartans.
The Thunderbolts (12-13) will now prepare for their contest against Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 7-15 record. In their last contest, Berwyn/Cicero Morton defeated Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL), 56-53, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL) in a South Suburban - Red contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Oak Lawn will attempt to better on its 14-8 season record. The Argonauts come into the contest with a 11-10 record after their 40-29 non-league loss to Lemont (Lemont, IL).
