The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Strath Haven Panthers (Wallingford, PA) and the host Chester Clippers (Chester, PA), observed Strath Haven's basketball team overcome Chester by a margin of 43-33.

The Panthers (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Springfield (Springfield, PA). The Cougars come into the Central challenge with a 6-6 record.

In their next game, the Clippers battle the Interboro Buccaneers (Prospect Park, PA) in a Delaware Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Chester will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 1-16 record after their 58-39 league loss to Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA).
