East Hall Vikings (Gainesville, GA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting West Forsyth Wolverines (Cumming, GA), 52-36 in a non-league match.

With the victory, East Hall advances its record to 11-9 on the year. The Vikings host Monroe Area (Monroe, GA) to meet the Purple Hurricanes in a AAA Region 8 match on Tuesday, January 28. The Purple Hurricanes enter the match with a record of 7-13. Monroe Area lost 78-38 in their recent league match against Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA)

The Wolverines now own a 5-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alpharetta for a AAAAAA Region 6 match on Tuesday, January 28. West Forsyth will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 67-28 league loss to North Atlanta (Atlanta, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 0-19.
