The Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Glendale Pirates to 36 in the Monarchs league triumph on Saturday.

The Monarchs now have a 11-5 record. They play next when they host St. Paul for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Umpqua Valley Christian will confront a Buckaroos team coming off a 59-47 non-league loss to Mannahouse Christian Academy (Eugene, OR). The Buckaroos record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Glendale falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Chiloquin (Chiloquin, OR) to confront the Panthers/Queens in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Panthers/Queens go into the game with a record of 4-6.
