The Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers defeated the host Hot Springs Bison basketball squad by a final score of 49-37 in Saturday's league outing.
Next, the Golddiggers clash with the Moorcroft Wolves (Moorcroft, WY) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 28. Lead-Deadwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Wolves come into the outing with a 3-10 record after their 64-13 league loss to Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs, WY).
The Bison (2-8) will now prepare for their outing against Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD). The Broncs come into the A Region 8 outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, Belle Fourche was defeated by Mahpiya Luta (Pine Ridge, SD), 62-37, in a non-league outing.
