In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue Warriors basketball team scored a good 53-39 win over the Oakland Mills Scorpions.

The Warriors (16-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rosedale Christian Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Rosedale Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 19-5 record. In their last contest, Rosedale Christian Academy was topped by Flowers (Springdale, MD), 58-42, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Scorpions battle the Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD) in a Howard County contest, on Monday, January 27. Oakland Mills will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record.
