The Golden Eagles (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Meridian (Bellingham, WA). The Trojans go into the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Meridian was tipped by Lakewood (Arlington, WA), 39-17, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Burlington-Edison will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 30-17 non-league win over Sehome (Bellingham, WA).
