Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Pueblo County succumbs to Colorado Academy

The Pueblo County Hornets ice hockey squad (Pueblo, CO), was trounced 9-2 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Colorado Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO)
The Mustangs now own a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cheyenne Mountain for a 4A North outing on Friday, January 31. Colorado Academy will encounter a Red-Tailed Hawks team coming off a 4-0 league win over Mullen (Denver, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks record now stands at 8-5.
With the defeat, Pueblo County moves to 8-5 on the season. The Hornets host Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO) to encounter the Lancers in a 4A South outing on Monday, February 3. The Lancers go into the outing with a record of 9-3.
