Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - St. Thomas Academy knocks off Grand Rapids

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host St. Thomas Academy Cadets ice hockey team scored a close 4-0 victory over the Grand Rapids Thunderhawks.
The Cadets (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against Stillwater (Stillwater, MN). The Ponies go into the non-league contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Stillwater by Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Thunderhawks play the Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Grand Rapids will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the contest with a 8-3 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, MN).
