In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Brandon Eagles basketball team scored a big 100-1 win over the Lennard Longhorns.

The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Strawberry Crest (Dover, FL). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Strawberry Crest was trounced by Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL), 71-55, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Longhorns battle the Bloomingdale Bulls (Valrico, FL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Lennard will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Bulls come into the contest with a 5-6 record after their 44-31 non-league win over Sickles (Tampa, FL).
