Washington, DC High School Basketball - St. Anselm's Abbey knocks off Georgetown Day

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting St. Anselm's Abbey Panthers basketball team scored a good 73-63 win over the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers.
The Panthers (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD). The Wildebeests come into the contest with a 0-1 record.
In their next game, the Mighty Hoppers battle the Saint James Saints (Hagerstown, MD) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 31. Georgetown Day will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record.
