Georgia High School Basketball - Westlake holds off Union Grove

The Westlake Lions basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Union Grove Wolverines to 56 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now possess a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to Carrollton for a non-league game on Monday, January 27. Westlake will confront a Trojans team coming off a 61-39 league loss to Westlake (Atlanta, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Union Grove falls to 9-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 10-2. Chapel Hill won 44-38 in their recent non-league game against Alexander (Douglasville, GA)
