North Carolina High School Basketball - Hopewell fells Olympic

January 26, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28273

Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), 73-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hopewell upgrades its record to 8-10 on the season. The Titans travel to West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Lions in a 3A/4A Conference 60 challenge on Friday, January 28. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. West Charlotte won 72-43 in their recent league challenge against West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Trojans confront the West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 27. Olympic will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 72-43 league loss to West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC).
