Nevada High School Basketball - Adelson can't hold off Spring Mountain

The Spring Mountain Eagles basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Adelson to 48 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to GV Christian for a 1A Southern contest on Tuesday, January 31. Spring Mountain will battle a Guardians team coming off a 58-10 league win over Liberty Baptist Academy (Las Vegas, NV). The Guardians record now stands at 11-9.

The (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Word of Life Christian Academy (Las Vegas, NV). The enter the 1A Southern contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Word of Life Christian Academy was nudged by Indian Springs (Indian Springs, NV), 52-51, in a league contest.
