The South Hadley Tigers (South Hadley, MA) basketball knocked off the visiting Agawam Brownies (Agawam, MA), 74-57 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Monument Mountain (Great Barrington, MA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Monument Mountain went down by Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA), 80-64, in a league test.
The Brownies now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Minnechaug Regional for a Suburban - North test on Friday, January 27. Agawam will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 75-65 league loss to Taconic (Pittsfield, MA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-7.
