The Bunker Hill Minutemen basketball team scored 78 points and held the host Mulberry Grove Aces to 57 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Minutemen now sport a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlinville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31. Bunker Hill will play a Cavaliers squad coming off a 55-41 league loss to Litchfield (Litchfield, IL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 5-16.

Next up, the Aces play the Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats (Cowden, IL) in a Egyptian Illini bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Mulberry Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Bobcats come into the bout with a 5-15 record after their 60-42 non-league loss to Farina South Central (Farina, IL).
