Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Zillah Leopards (Zillah, WA) and the host Chelan Mountain Goats (Chelan, WA), saw Zillah's basketball squad knock off Chelan by a count of 71-61.

With the victory, Zillah upgrades its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Wahluke (Mattawa, WA) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Wahluke won 68-44 in their recent league challenge against College Place (College Place, WA)

Next up, the Mountain Goats play the Royal Knights (Royal City, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Chelan will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 67-47 non-league win over Medical Lake (Medical Lake, WA).
