Missouri High School Basketball - St. Michael the Archangel routs Christ Prep Academy

In Thursday's non-league outing, the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Christ Prep Academy Patriots (Lenexa, KS), by a margin of 82-32.

The Guardians (10-7) will now prepare for their outing against Metro Academy (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Mavericks go into the non-league outing with a 16-10 record. In their last outing, Metro Academy was trounced by Manhattan HomeSchool CHIEF (Manhattan, KS), 75-73, in a non-league outing.

The Patriots now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Midland Adventist Academy for a Great Plains outing on Tuesday, January 31. Christ Prep Academy will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 66-34 league win over The Daniel Academy (Kansas City, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-3.
