The Lakeview Lakers basketball team (Cottonwood, MN), dropped 76-66 in Thursday's league battle with the host Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN)
The Blackjacks now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. Dawson-Boyd will battle a Fighting Saints team coming off a 69-55 non-league win over Canby (Canby, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 11-3.
The Lakers (14-2) will now prepare for their battle against Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Cedar Mountain dropped by Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop (Winthrop, MN), 70-65, in a league battle.
