Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Delhi Bears (Delhi, LA) and the host Summerfield Rebels (Summerfield, LA), saw Delhi's basketball squad overcome Summerfield by a tally of 64-53.

With the victory, Delhi improves its record to 16-9 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Block (Jonesville, LA) to play the Bears in a 1A District 4 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-11.

Next up, the Rebels play the Claiborne Christian Crusaders (West Monroe, LA) in a C District 1 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Summerfield will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
