The Delta Chargers basketball team (Deering, MO), was overwhelmed 81-57 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Senath-Hornersville Lions (Senath, MO)
The Lions now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennett for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 7.
The Chargers (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Southland (Cardwell, MO). The Rebels come into the Tri-County - Southeast battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Southland was overwhelmed by Westwood Baptist Academy (Poplar Bluff, MO), 62-39, in a non-league battle.
