The Tri-Valley Mustangs basketball team (Colton, SD), dropped 71-54 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD)
The Huskies now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Groton for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 28. Elk Point-Jefferson will battle a Tigers team coming off a 62-21 league win over Webster (Webster, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 8-2.
The Mustangs (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Sisseton (Sisseton, SD). The Redmen come into the non-league battle with a 0-12 record. In their last battle, Sisseton dropped by Hamlin (Hayti, SD), 67-22, in a non-league battle.
