Connecticut High School Basketball - Hand can't hold off Guilford

The Guilford Grizzlies basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Hand Tigers to 42 in the Grizzlies league victory on Thursday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillhouse for a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset contest on Tuesday, January 31. Guilford will battle a Academics team coming off a 72-60 non-league loss to Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT). The Academics record now stands at 9-3.
The Tigers (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Haven (North Haven, CT). The Nighthawks come into the Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset contest with a 7-6 record.
